Terrible experience. The cashier was busy on her phone and ignored me even though she clearly saw me waiting. I had to move to another register just to pay. I also saw employees standing near the restrooms on their phones instead of working. Very unprofessional — management seriously needs to improve customer service and staff professionalism.

They pack a lot into a modest space! They have a full line of kosher meat, fish, poultry, dairy and grocery. They have a bakery that makes beautiful cakes and sweets. I did not have any sweet treats, but loved the freshly baked pitas. I’ll be going back for more! We also bought some Rita’s frozen custard to round out the visit. It’s a little tight, but well organized.

This is a like with caveats. There's a nice selection of products but not as good as Pomegranate. They do not normally have whole wheat bread/ challah. I miss a good crasin- walnut bread for shabbat. Store also gets way too crowded and for me that's a problem. The mushroom and the spinach boreachas are very good. Nice selection of to go meals also available.

Waiting for service over 10 minutes, every employee sends me to someone else. Last week I ordered online which they decided to substitute cottage cheese with sour cream and took me 10 emails back and forth to prove that it was wrong substitute and I didn't order it. When I asked her to speak with her manager she answered that she is the manager. Time to invest a little more in customer service.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the meat I received. I ordered chicken thighs, but what I got was very poor quality. The pieces were full of tough connective tissue and stringy fibers that required a lot of time and effort to clean. Because of this, I ended up with a significant amount of waste and much less usable meat than I paid for. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you expect basic trimming to already be done. I hope the store improves its quality control, because this experience was far below expectations.
